At Chiropractic Specialty Group, we believe healing comes from within. Our role is to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal itself and we work as a team with each patient to do this. We believe the body is meant to move, that pain is a symptom - not a problem, and that results occur when a patient is an active participant in the therapeutic process.
We rely mostly on our knowledge of the body and our hands for tools in our work. But chiropractic adjustments and massage are just two of the treatments we provide. We also use complementary therapies that have been carefully tested and proven effective and reliable, including Kinesiology taping to train and guide the body during the healing process.

We have been in Scripps Ranch for over 12 years and serve a wide variety of patients including children and seniors. We treat sports injuries, auto or work related accidents, overuse syndromes, chronic aches and pains, poor posture, TMJ dysfunctions and a variety of other musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Miranda earned his Chiropractic degree in 1995 from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. Since then has continued his education, keeping up with state of the art techniques and tools in massage, exercise physiology, chiropractic, sports taping, etc
